My husband loves this simple and healthy treat!
Ingredients:
- 1 large can of fruit cocktail with the juice (I use sweetened only with pear juice)
- Whatever cut up fruit you like
- raw oatmeal (about 1 cup of so, never measured.) :)
Directions:
Mix and enjoy!
Right now we have extra grapefruit, oranges, and bananas on hand, but it's whatever fruit you would like.
Source: My mother-in-law, but she added milk, which I do not.
