Yummy No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 package Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 package Chocolate Chips

Directions

Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips together (1 bag each). While they are melting, mix:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 cup plain peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Mix all together and roll into small balls, then when the chips are melted roll the balls into the mixture and put on cookie sheet and cool. Put them in the refrigerator to cool. (Can freeze them). I suggest that you don't make the balls to big. Make them about the size of large marbles.

We love this recipe because it's fast and easy. Taste is great. These are great when your short for time. I put them in my kid's lunches.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 cups oatmeal

Directions:

Mix sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk in medium saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Mix quickly until peanut butter melts, and then add oatmeal. Mix well until blended. Drop spoonfuls on tin foil or wax paper and allow to set and cool. That's it. I usually double this recipe.
