- 16-20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Cut a thin slice off each tomato top. Scoop the inside of the tomato out and discard. Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain. In a small bowl, combine the bacon, mayonnaise, green onions, Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Mix together and spoon into the tomatoes. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

These sound delish. Thank you for sharing. I will definately be making some of these, maybe super bowl sunday. And of course, other times if it turns out to be a hit.
