14th Birthday Party Ideas?

My birthday just past on March 30th, but I was in Virginia for my spring break. My plan is to have a party April 9th, but I don't know what to do or how long it should be in order to not bore my guests. My other option was to wait until April 16, and go to the beach because it's supposed to be 80 degrees. If I have it at the beach I could have more people and probably invite some boys.

My mom didn't know what I would do at the beach though. Some thoughts that I had for themes were DIY crafts, food, Amazing Race (or some type of competition), or family game night. I need help! Thanks!
