If you're a girl, you could do a spa day (paint nails, do hair, over a movie and sleep over)
For gender neutral, you can host a party at the bowling alley or arcade. Have pizza.
Since many people think 13 is unlucky, do the opposite. Have a lucky 13 party. Get 4 leaf clover decorations.
