Have some friends over for pizza. Go to a movie or some outdoor activity if the weather is nice.
How about a tie dye tee shirt party? There are kits you can buy, or you can do it yourself with dye from the dollar store, rubber bands, buckets and white tees. These can be so cute!

A lot depends on your budget and number of people going, as well as your actual interests
some ideas are
- go see a movie
- get pizzas watch movies
- have relay races in back yard with prizes
- have an actual sports tournament (IE volleyball) plus prizes for winning team
- have some sort of dance party with a DJ, nibbles, strobe lights, etc
- go to the beach
- go on a hike
- go to a water park or amusement rides
