In 1992 I joined my first Weight Watchers meeting and was so excited after gaining about 30 pounds after having 2 children. I lost those 30 pounds on this program. I have since gone back to Weight Watchers, but have never really had the success I had on that original plan where you checked off your starches, proteins, etc. If anyone can help me to locate this information I will be a very grateful.

I too have been looking for the old book which gives you, breakfast choices, lunch choices, dinner choices and snacks. I remember a home made hummus on pita with lettuce and tomato.
I lost weight on the exchange program from 1991-1992, I need to lose more but dont like the points program. Can you please send what you have for exchange?
