3-Ingredient Cloud Bread

Diamond Post Medal for All Time! 1,246 Posts

Jam on Cloud Bread on plateThis is a super light and fluffy bread made from just a few ingredients. It's great for those on low carb or ketogenic diets, as it's made of just eggs, cream of tartar, and cream cheese. You could also use greek yogurt in place of the cream cheese. Both versions produce fabulous results. This bread is great with nut butters and jams, but also holds up well when used for sandwiches.

This looks really good and sure is fluffy. I'll have to try this some time.

Hi Michelle! I think you'll enjoy it. I prefer it lightly toasted as it gets this almost meringue like crunch on the outer layer. It's lovely!

i will definitely have to try this.
I love Greek yogurt so this is good.
I use Greek yogurt in dips instead of "other" less healthy ingredients.

So do I! Let me know what you think of these. I gave them to my parents and best friends and they loved them toasted with strawberry jam! I like them best with veggies and meat!

We had a rainy day today so I tried this out.
These are delicious except there is one problem - I made too many and there are only two people to devour them!

I tried the strawberry jam also - yes - very good.

Hahaha at least they keep well, wrapped in the fridge! Plus side-- very little guilt to eat plenty of these ;) Hugs!
