Bagged Shredded Coconut Dried Out?

I am keeping shredded coconut in the refrigerator and it partly dried out, possibly 1/3 of the plastic sack. Is there something I can do similar to rehydrating brown sugar, where you put a slice of bread in with the brown sugar to soften up the consistency?
