Beef Roll-Up Recipes

- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. black olives, chopped, opt.
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 pkg. thinly sliced beef
Soften cream cheese. Add Miracle Whip, Worcestershire sauce, olives and onion. Separate beef slices using two thicknesses. Spread mixture on each beef slice and roll up. Refrigerate until very cold. To serve, slice with a sharp knife. Serve on crackers or plain.
