Blended Chia Seed Pudding
Full of antioxidants, fiber, and protein and so delicious. It is so easy to make and you can add toppings like fruit, nuts and coconut, if desired. Very refreshing in warm weather.
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Total Time: Overnight for chilling
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- pinch Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
- Sweetener to taste
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Place in a mason jar and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or until the pudding has set. Chill overnight for best results.
