I just had it delivered and mowed for 30 minutes. I went over some tall grass and it shut off. I cleaned the grass from the blades. Now the machine won't start or even try to turn over. I checked the contacts for the battery and spark plug. No ideas.

If you just bought this, it is under warranty. Take it back and have them fix it. You will void the warranty if you repair this incorrectly
Thank you. I did just that. Cant get to me till the 5th. Luckily my buddy stopped by and knows mowers pretty well. He realized the solenoid for the parking switch doesnt make contact when I engage it.
Best to check with the store where you bought it than to mess with it. You don't want to invalidate the warranty! Let me know what they say!

But for me Id contact the manufacture and ask for a support to help you guide through the trouble youre having.
If not since its brand new contact the store you purchased from.
I just bought the same mower got 30 mins out of it but it started getting cloudy so I drove it in and turned it off. Sat for 2 days due to rain and now it won't start. Called Lowes and they're having a tech come look at it.
