I wouldn't recommend using Brasso to remove the scratches on your eyeglasses. However, you can use a non-abrasive tooth paste and a cotton ball to remove your scratches. Just add a small amount of toothpaste to the cotton ball and gently rub your glasses in a circular motion. Do small areas at a time. This works great.
