Bubba's Wave Oven Burgers

Using the Wave oven, there isn't much to clean up after.


  • frozen beef patties
  • bacon, thick slice, hickory smoked, honey cured
  • Ad

  • american cheese slice(s)
  • sea salt
  • lemon pepper
  • black pepper


Mix 2 Tbsp. each of the salt and peppers together in a bowl. I stored mine in an empty spice bottle with a shaker lid.

Cut bacon in half, easier to fit on grate. Place beef patty (patties) on the 4 inch grate near the edge. Put bacon slices on the 4 inch grate. Cook for 4 minutes.

Flip patty (patties). Sprinkle pepper mix on bacon and patty (patties). Cook for 6 minutes.

Flip patty (patties) Sprinkle pepper mix on patty (patties). Cook for 4 minutes.

Place patty (patties) on microwavable plate. Top with cheese. Microwave for 11 seconds on high. Serve up on bun.

Servings: Depend on mumber of burgers
Prep Time: 5 - 6 Minutes
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
