I want to know when you drive your car, if you have ever used small or mini ozone machine to remove smell, odor, smoke etc? Is the ozone able to get rid of these smells?

Ozone is able to get rid of these smells, but it is not safe to use ozone machine when you drive. I do not advise you to use it in this case.

If so, could it be that you're attempting to bring additional attention to the use of ozone for removing odors?
Or, perhaps just trying to make more people aware of the fact that ozone is not just for big projects/companies but is available for just regular ordinary people?

I have used ozone on several occasions but never recommend it as I do not think we should offer suggestions that could be harmful if not used exactly as instructed.
The following are my general comments so feel free to make corrections if you feel any comment to be incorrect.

Some interesting comments about how ozone be used:
"Ultimately the choice to use an ozone generator needs to be an informed one, wherein individuals are aware of the risks and know that ozone is not a 'one-size-fits-all' solution.

For general pet odors in a room, an ozone machine might mask any smells that can be picked up by the human nose.
On the other hand, pet urine - a very common source of a strong odor in carpets and porous materials - contains urea, which will not oxidize. Therefore, it is important to identify the source of your pet odor smells before choosing to use an ozone generator."
Also; note in parts the statement reads, 'might mask' any smells.

However, it should be made very clear:
Ozone is not to be used in any room/area/vehicle that is occupied by a living person or animal.
The room, area, or vehicle has to be completely cleaned before using ozone and it then must be completely sealed and left for a certain amount of time.
After opening, the area/room/car must be left to air out for a certain amount of time before it is safe for humans or pets to re-enter the space.

Where/how the ozone is being used will determine how long it must be left before the area is safe.

You cannot be inside a vehicle when ozone is being used:

Ozone for home use is available for home use but it should ONLY be used as directed on the product.

Ozone can remove odors, but it is toxic to humans and animals. Breathing ozone can cause irritation of the upper respiratory tract, cough, and difficulty breathing. While some ozone generators are marketed for use in the home, the EPA has not cleared them for indoor use. You cannot stay in the house with an ozone machine that's turned on, the same with the car You cannot stay in your car when you drive with an ozone machine that's turned on. If you are looking for odor removal when you drive your car, its best to look for natural ways to remove the odor, such as baking soda.

"Manufacturers and vendors of ozone devices often use misleading terms to describe ozone. Terms such as "energized oxygen" or "pure air" suggest that ozone is a healthy kind of oxygen. Ozone is a toxic gas with vastly different chemical and toxicological properties from oxygen."

It does work better then Febreze or those plug-in scented things. I always feel like the other scented things used in the bathroom make it more musty and dont actually cover the smell but adds to it.
