Does anyone have a canning recipe for blackberry salsa? Is it possible to water bath can blackberry salsa?

Well, I've made salsas with pineapple, raspberry, mango, and strawberry, and water bath canned them all. They have all turned out real well. I can't recall seeing a recipe for blackberry salsa. Try looking on Food.com, or in the Ball book. I would see how long you water bath can your regular salsa, and how long you water bath can blackberries or blackberry juice, then use the longer of the two times. Good luck, and share your recipe - it sounds delicious!
My canner pamphlet says to hot bath blackberries for 30 minutes.
