I just left the vet. My puppy got sent home with more fluids to take under his skin. It is day 3 of recovering from parvo. After treatment he poops blood. Is this a bad sign?

Parvo can take several weeks to recover from. However, I would be concerned with blood in the stool and would call the vet.
Poor pup. Any changes in his situation should be directed to the vet as soon as possible and if he seems to be getting worse, taken to the emergency vet.
I have known parvo survivors and each had a different journey with recovery and challenges. The best thing is close vet contact and following the vet guidance 100% to the letter.

Pooping blood on day 3 with parvo is not unusual. Hopefully that will begin to improve. The antibiotics should help turn that around. Keep up the hydration and stay in touch with your Vet as things change. The 1st week is the worst. Expect it to take up to a month for him to get back to normal.
