Cashing an Old Western Union Money Order

I opened a letter from on my last birthday from a relative that passed several years ago and inside was a money order from Western Union dated in 1999. Is there some way for me to cash it or is it too old?

This is from the Western Union site:

If I read it correctly, there will be a fee to cash it.

Looks like there will be a service charge. You could always bring to your local Western Union for more assistance.
