I need to change the sensor on my Singer Futura embroidery unit that holds my hoops. Can I take the whole bar off or do just the sensors come off?

I have called company several times but the answer I get is gosh I dont know what could be wrong it continually gives message small hoop attached but its not, I advise everyone to never buy a Futura machine !!

I would call the nearest Singer Service Provider and ask them. Additionally, I am providing a video on how to troubleshoot this machine.

If you choose to take your machine to a repair shop, be sure and find out if they have insurance to cover your machine, while it is in the shop.
