Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 cans green chilies, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • Ad

  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

Mix eggs, milk and flour together, and pour over cheeses and chilies. Add 3-4 small tomatoes cut in wedges around edge of dish. In middle, spread 3-4 tablespoons of picante sauce. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
