In a separate bowl, whisk together yogurt and milk.
Stir wet ingredients into dry and combine just until batter is moistened. Fill muffin tin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove muffins to a cooling rack
Enjoy! These are delicious.
Note: These muffins freeze well. These are also good with mini-chocolate chips added to batter.

Mix well. Batter will be thick. Spoon into muffin tin. Bake according to cake mix directions. Makes approx. 18 regular muffins or 36 mini muffins.

Take about a half bag of chocolate chips and cut them finely into small pieces. Mix it with a cake mix (preferably chocolate). Cook as how the cake directions say. . .
Combine first 4 ingredients. Combine egg, milk, margarine. Pour liquid into dry ingredients; add chips. Stir just to mix.
