Laptop with Screensaver RunningBe careful about downloading screensavers and wallpaper, many include spyware. http://www.Webshots.com is one that doesn't and you can download most pictures for free (up to five a day).

I'm looking for a link for any good pics of chocolate Labs or chocolate Lab puppies for a screensaver or desktop wallpaper. I've tried screensavers.com & other sponsored links on Google search with no results. Any ideas? Thanks.

next time you search google, type

chocolate lab

into the search box, then click IMAGES and search away!!

There's plenty there and you might find exactly what you are looking for. Like this one! www.gssd.org/.../dognose.jpg

Why can't you scan pictures of your dog(s) and use as a screensaver? I do it with my grandkids pictures.

When I see a pic I like on the net. I right click it and set as background (wallpaper). My question is sometimes the pic is out of focus and not a sharp image. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am computer illiterate so I'm asking to please be specific in directions.

Thanks

What has happened is that the picture is smaller than the screen of your PC- one of two things would need to be done
Either: You have the picture the same size and not stretched- You do this by right-clicking on the desktop and going to properties and choosing how the item displays(stretch, tiled, center)

OR: You change the resolution on your pc to something smaller - right click on the desktop, choose properties and go to the advanced tab and change the resolution to 800x600 or smaller than what you have.

For changing resolution-- www.helpwithpcs.com/.../changing-screen-resolution-win-xp...

Hope that helps

If your photo is blurry it's because the photo you've chosen is not high-resolution enough to be stretched to fill your screen. Most online photos are very low resolution, so they will be very blurry when enlarged, sorry to say.

I am soon to be the proud owner of my brother's cat, Smithy. He is not very happy being around my nieces and nephews and we think he'll be happier with me. No kids to bother him here! He will miss one thing though and that is my brother's large fishtank - it's Smithy's Cat-a-Vision! I would like to find a free download for a fishy screensaver but so far the ones I have found are not quite real enough.

Can anyone recommend a link to a nice free fish tank screensaver please? Smithy would be very grateful to you. =^..^=

Thank you,
Monique x from Somerset, UK

They have videos (dvds) at pet supermarket for your tv...so while you are gone you can play them. Call and check before you make the drive. they will special order what you want. I have no idea about screen savers...none are "real" enough for me...I don't know how a picky cat would feel about them!

Have fun with Smithy. He sounds like he is going to be very welcome in your home!-Misty
