I cut up my Crown Royal bags and forgot to wash them first. Will it be okay to sew them together or should I wash them first?

I would suggest placing them in lingerie laundry bags and wash on gentle cycle with some white vinegar or even salt and rinse well.
Lay on flat surface and smooth out to dry - or press while still a little damp.
Wash first. If you are using a backing or lining that material may have a different shrinkage rate

All depends on what you are going to use your Crown Royal bags for.
If it is to make a quilt then I would suggest to wash them first and then iron flat, this way each piece will be the same size and easily
Also it is possible the dye will run and if you are using other materiel with the bags then it will ruin what ever you are making.
