Creamy Sweet Corn and Mushroom Soup

The cold weather has started. Rain is pouring hard outside that we all could not go out for dinner. We'd love to have soup that's perfect for the weather and here's what I made for dinner.

Steps:

  1. Fry potato cubes with a pinch of salt until crisp. Set aside.
  2. plate of fried potato cubes
  3. Saute garlic and mushroom. Stir fry one minute.
  4. mushrooms & garlic sauteed in panwater added to pan
  5. Pour 4 cups water, and add one pack of corn and crab soup mix while stirring.

  7. Bring to a boil as you continously stir the mixture.

  9. Gradually add sweet corn cream and continue to stir.

  11. Cover and let simmer for 3 to 5 minutes more while occasionally stirring.

  13. Beat an egg and pour while still stirring the soup for half a minute (optional).

  15. Serve topped with fried potatoes.
