Daisy Oil For Bruises

Daisies as an anti-inflammatory. Use two handfuls of daisy flowers. Cover with olive oil. Let it sit in a jar covered for two weeks in sun. After that, strain out daisy flowers and save oil. You can use as a salve for bumps and bruises.

Another good one is calendula oil. Very good for abrasions, chapped skin, dry skin, rough elbows. Can also be made into an ointment or cream. Calendula is easy to grow, is a beautiful flower, and re seeds itself easily.
