Take her to a vet.
Take her to your veterinarian and he can palpate her or take an X-Ray. If she is pregnant, please have her spayed after she delivers her puppies and is done weaning them.
Your vet can do a PG test after 4wks have passed since she was last in season. To do an x-ray early in the pregnacy would harm the puppies. An ultrasound will confirm and give you an ideal of how many puppies she will have.

We have nine month old Poodle Terrier. How do we know if she's pregnant?

She is young, so a trip to the vet may be the first thing you need to do. Check out 'dog pregnancy' on line for tips.
Wow. She is so young! I would take her to the Veterinarian and have an exam, if she is not pregnant leave her there to be spay.
