Determining a Cleaning Fee?

I have a potential client wanting her home cleaned. It is 1700 sq ft, with 2.5 baths. She didn't give me any other info what would be a rough estimate based on that little info?

In my area it would be $110-$125 per cleaning.

Charge for cleaning.

Step 1
Cleaners charge anywhere from 25 to 75 an hour.

Step 2
They also charge extra for speciality cleaning such as windows etc.

Step 3
I would quote at 75 an hour and if that is to high for her then lower it a bit.

I would go see the house before committing. It could be very dirty and cluttered. Maybe pets.
