You need to see what it costs in your area. It would be $120 or more in mine.
Many people charge by the hour and some charge by the job. I believe the going rate in some areas is $15 to $20 an hour. I would consider charging by the hour because you do not know how long it will take to clean the home and what is needed to clean it.
Do you have a small business development center in your town? They can give you the range of rates for your town and help get you up and running in your business.
Attending programs at the one in Pittsburgh was the best thing I ever did!!
