If you are experiencing high humidity right now this will effect the drying time of the glue. Even though it is warm outside, the humidity in the air will cause the glue to take longer to dry.

Yes. You don't say what you are drying, but in the past I have set items I need to dry into a warm (not hot) turned off oven. It helps speed it up some.
