Dyeing Hair After Burning Scalp?

I used hair dye from Sally's about 10 months ago and it gave me a bad chemical burn on my scalp. I had blisters everywhere, since then my hair has thinned out a lot, but also looks a disaster because I haven't dyed it since. My question is, is it safe to dye it again now?

You need to do a patch test. If you get a reaction, do not dye your hair.
