Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2-3 Tbsp. cream, heated just to boiling
Directions:
- Mix cocoa, salt, and powdered sugar together.
- Add butter, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons hot cream.
- Cream together thoroughly, add more cream, in small amounts, until frosting is right for spreading.
- Use knife or spatula, spread it on cake with even strokes. Leave slightly swirled appearance.
