Steps:
- Buy a roll of paintable wallpaper and follow directions to put on the wall. It is already pasted so just wet and apply. I cut the strips and put on individually vertically making sure they are close together.
- Next, paint with a metallic paint in the colour you want like silver, gold, or bronze.
- When dry, apply several coats of clear urethane, allowing drying time between each coat.
That's it you're done! I did my backsplash 9 years ago and it still looks like new. I can even wipe it off if I need to.
