Fabric Dye on Nightgown Keeps Bleeding?

I have a new nightgown that will not stop bleeding the dye. I have washed it 4 times with salt and still it doesn't. I am not sure how to get rid of this problem. When I wake up in the morning my fingers are blue. Can someone give me a solution?

To stop color bleeding.

Step 1
Wash in cold water with 1/2 cup vinegar put color catcher sheets in to absorb the color.

Step 2
Then put in the dryer.

If this is a new nightgown, return it to the store. I had that issue with a bathing suit I bought many years ago. The store will return the defective merchandise to the manufacturer
