My daughter and son in law are low income. Their two children are 6 & 2. They have no source of heat in their home and cannot afford a heating system. The house was built in the 1920s. The heating system in place is dangerous to use. They live in Bristol Tennessee. Is there any agency can help financially to get a heating system for little or no cost before bad weather sets in? There are government agencies that help low income families, however, they are often difficult to find. A very easy online search for "home repair low income family" produced many responses. You can try a search yourself and this very helpful federal government site:
