Replacement seals of any kind are very difficult to find as you have to be exact in every detail and that is hard to do online.
These are generally considered a valuable collectable and I have seen sold prices up to $100 - but they may not be fast sellers as I did not research for value or sales.
These were made by SJL Products Inc. who also made same style jars for Anchor Hocking (1984).
You could try contacting Anchor Hocking to see if they have replacement seals:

SJL also has a website so you might try contacting them also:

You might try hardware stores like Ace or True Value - take lid and see what they can find.

there are lots of seals offered online but finding an exact match will be difficult: (Affiliate Link)

I doubt very much that it is possible to find such plastic seal for this apothecary style jar made by SJL Products Co. If you want to sell this jar, then sell it as it is, like here Or sell without this plastic seal. I found VINTAGE 1984 CLEAR GLASS SECRET RECIPE 11.5 X 6.25 WOODEN LID LARGE COOKIE JAR without a plastic seal, it is on sale for $56

If you want to use this jar yourself, then cut out the same seal from a plastic and glue it on.
Or replace the lid completely, but check the size,

Here are some suggestions.
1. Wrap rubber bands around the lid where the gasket would have gone.
2. Make your own gasket with flexible polymer clay.
3. Make your own gasket with flexible silicone caulk.
4. Replace the wooden lid with a glass lid which you can decorate with old fashioned decals, or decoupage the glass lid yourself. Glass lids from pots are easy to find in secondhand shops.

5. You can buy gasket cord on eBay, cut it to size and glue the ends together.
Good luck. It's a pretty cookie jar.

Your best bet is to go to a large hardware store. Take the lid with you and try to get a matching replacement gasket.
