Front Load Washer Will Not Drain and Spin Properly?

I have a Maytag Neptune front load washer model # MAH8700AWW. It started by not draining well, getting a Suds error code and then a ND error code for not draining and spinning with any amount of clothes in it. I thought it might be the drain so we removed it to check for any clogs or debris. It made no difference and now it only drains and spins out the water when there are no clothes. With a small amount of clothes it attempts about ever 5 minutes or so then I get an error messgae of ND. I remove the clothes and shortly after it will drain and spin fine.
