This is a chocolate pie that is frozen overnight. It keeps for up to 3 months, but it won't last that long.
It has milk and cream cheese, chocolate chips, and a chocolate crust.
I don't do the chocolate crust, just a graham cracker crust with chocolate syrup glazed on the bottom of it before I pour in the pie filling. But I change recipes all the time.
I love Strawberries! I don't know about you but I can't get enough of them so I have millions of recipes. But I am a chocaholic and so this is one great recipe for me. Hope you like it!
Freeze 3-4 hours. Take out 15-20 minutes before serving. I would still top with whipped cream or even a little chocolate sauce over the top. Or maybe both and I am happy!

Melt 1 cup morsels in small saucepan over lowest heat. When morsels begin to melt, remove from heat; stir. Return to heat for a few seconds, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; cool for 10 minutes.
Combine coffee granules and water in medium bowl. Add sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla extract; stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in melted chocolate until smooth. Spread into crust.
Beat cream, powdered sugar and cocoa in small mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. Spread over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with mini morsels. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
