This is one of many salads that I like to make. Generally I like to add fruit, vegetables, nuts and cheese in salads.

- 1 bag spinach
- 1 half tomato
- 1 half red pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 head broccoli
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 4 oz cheese
- Clean and cut up carrots, apple, and red pepper into small bite size pieces.
- Cut up cilantro, avocado, tomato and broccoli.
- Cut small cheese pieces.
- Add all things together and sprinkle nuts on top. Add sesame sticks and enjoy.
