Garlic Parmesan Bread Puffs

We are always ordering garlic cheese knots when ordering pizza for events. I thought it would be nice to just make my own that are freezable and reheatable to save some money. These are delicious!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Yield: 25 puffs
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease hands and pull dough into little clouds and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter to the tops of the pieces of dough.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. If your cheese is not on the salty side, sprinkle a bit of salt on top, if desired.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, rotating the baking pan at the halfway point, until golden. Sprinkle with a bit more Parmesan when serving.
