They look like termites to me. You need an exterminator
Check the link above and match your critters to the photos. They look like subterranean termites.... about halfway down.
Sadly there aren't many good home remedies so best to ask around and bring in the pros. These critters can do a lot of damage quickly, so if that is what you have, I suggest calling sooner rather than later! Good luck!
