Grilled Lamb Shoulder Steaks

A simple and flavorful marinate for these delicious lamb shoulder steaks. A great recipe to grill for spring and summer BBQ parties or any special occasion.
Prep Time: 10 minutes + 30 minutes marinate time
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes
Yield: 6-8 people
- 6 lb lamb shoulder
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp thyme
- 6 Tbsp rosemary
- 3 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Chop rosemary, thyme and garlic.
- In a bag or large bowl, add all ingredients together (Thyme, rosemary, garlic, oil, salt and chopped pork shoulder steak). Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Grill to your desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side. Ready to serve with your choice of sides.
