Grill the fish, on an outside charcoal or gas grill, for about 8 minutes per side. Baste the fish with the marinade while cooking. When the fish is done, place chopped, sun-dried tomatoes on top. (This can also be done the same way in your broiler.)

Spray 9x13 pan and arrange fish. Combine water and orange juice. Pour over fish. Sprinkle pepper and nutmeg over fish.
