Chicken Vegetable Soup in a bowlA good vegetable soup full of nutrients. Made from chicken drumsticks and water for a very, flavorful soup base.

Ingredients:

  1. Wash and clean the chicken drumstick, sprinkle with a dash of salt. This chicken will be the soup base, and can be eaten.*

  3. Prep all the vegetables; carrot, leek, broccoli, cauliflower, chard, green pumpkin, and mushroom. Cut to your desired size.

  9. Then, add your drumsticks in the pot and cook the broth on medium heat for 20 minutes so you will get the flavor of the chicken. Remove onion, garlic and ginger.

  11. Then add mushrooms and leek and when the water boils, add carrot, chard, broccoli, cauliflower, and beet. Add fish sauce and cover the pot for 10 minutes to cook. When it is ready to eat, you can add a sprinkle of black pepper for garnishing.
