Heater Not Blowing Hot Air?

I have Ford E 250. The heater blower works, but there is no hot air.

Is the thermostat working? A poorly functioning thermostat never lets enough heat accumulate.
Does the antifreeze test in the correct range? Old antifreeze can't pick up heat fast enough to deliver it to you. If you get warm air on low, and cold otherwise the antifreeze is prob the first thing to check.
The heater core can be at fault. The hoses to and from the heater core. Check or replace them. A leak anywhere in the system can cause these problems.
Ford usually has excellent heaters, but they can only work well if everything is in good shape.
