Home Repairs for Low Income Families?

My neighbor is disabled and not able to work. His wife works and makes little and his mother lives with them and makes a little, also a mentally disabled brother. They have no insurance and have needed a roof for over a year, the church helped as best as they could, but we are a small church and the repairs didn't last on the roof.

We got metal from the church and someone put on for free, but did a poor job and the wind the other day blew it off. They really need home repairs, a new roof, ceiling in bedroom fell in from leaking and electrical work. Is there someone or some way we get some help for them?

Check with Habitat for Humanity. If 2 are disabled....I am wondering if any of the household members would qualify for disability or ss low income.
