We occasionally order pizza but since we're quarantined at home, you can't go wrong with delicious homemade pizza.
Prep Time: 15 minutes + 30 minutes rising
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hr
Yield: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Toppings
- Cauliflower rice
- Spaghetti sauce
- Bacon
- Salami
- Cheese

Steps:
- Add 1 of 2 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, salt, garlic powder and dried basil in a large bowl.

- Add olive oil and warm water. Stir to combine well.
- Add remaining 1 cup of flour gradually and stir to form dough. *Add more flour if needed.
- Grab a new bowl, drizzle bowl with olive oil and evenly spread with pastry brush. Transfer dough to new bowl and coat dough with some olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap in a warm place for dough to rise (about 30 minutes).

- Add some dough to your work space and knead dough then divide in half to make two pizzas (for thin crust) or make 1 for regular crust.

- Roll pizza out over parchment paper and add your topping choices. I used spaghetti sauce, sliced cheese, bacon, salami, cauliflower rice. Bake at 425 F degrees for about 13-15 minutes or until ready.
