Honey Curry Chicken
My mother got this recipe from a TV show. The skin turns a golden mahogany color and it tastes delicious. Easy to make and flexible. You can make a little or a lot.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes
Yield: As many pieces as you want
- chicken pieces
- salt and pepper
- Put honey on each chicken piece.
- Sprinkle each piece with curry, salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture so that each piece is evenly covered.
- Bake at 350 degree F until done. My chicken thighs take between 40 and 45 minutes.
