My puppy is 5 months old and housetrained. The last two days she has been peeing a small amount as she walks and full pees on our beds sometimes just after coming in from a pee. She has never done this before and we are worried she may have an infection.

With no disrespect if you are concerned that your dog may have a bladder infection, why have you not contacted your veterinarian?
I'm thinking the poor pup has a UTI. Take your pup to your vet. The pup will love you for it.
