I have a 7 week Yorkie. I take her out to pee at night before I go to bed. I take her out to pee again @6am. Is it bad to do that? I leave a potty pad where she sleeps.

That sounds fine. As she gets older, she will be able to hold more urine through the night and may not need the pad.
I don't own a Yorkie, but Yorkie's are primarily indoor dogs.
