If you want to know how man cups are in 13oz jar you need to divide this by 8. Therefore you have 1.625 cups in the jar. There are easy ways to do this online and they have calculators to help you out. Just type in how many cujps in 13oz and it will show you the measures.

This 13 oz jar of fluff is net weight not liquid volume, so your calculations are wrong. Ann has it correct....about 3 cups of fluff.

This is a very high volume product, and it should be about 3 cups.

My calculations came up to 3 cups also but I've never used a recipe that I had to know this so I'm curious as to what you were making to need this information?
